Everybody should adhere as such animals parenting, nesting, guiding, educating and follows some group goals. Family is the platform to exhibit ones strength and skills. Family teaches values. One should no when to to be tie in rope of the family which is the safety kid and when to release himself from it.

Three things that can easily spoil a member in organizational system having this many walls. Organization is group goal not life goal for and all times. Organization can easily break you and shake you.

You may say all this enough for a man to be happy and I say all this are achievable in the organization only by 4 percent of organization and all others are ass in it.
Hence all the modern theories are like approaching a man like a patient's different pills for different person to get the job done and finally end up like a mutual fund. He or she becomes a tool for a modern society .In between he doesn't analyze the man inside internal and serve the system he passes and what best he has to deliver. Ends up like a fabrication piece one department to another in different paths to ease work.
Administration has their subordinate like dabawalla up to bottom and they can target through informal communication. The Administrators is always constant and a common member couldn't make same communication system in that system and Administrators become a closed community inside the organization. There is no board where common member participates.
Hence common man needs self administration to overcome last minute appraisal break up and informal communications by organization.
Whenever economic crisis arise the members who are doing or anchoring just job will be collapsed totally and few will lose what they are for a job, few end up in suicide
I am speaking about more than 90 percent of people who needs to administer themselves to build their own position chairs.
Organization is not shoalin and everybody has a life to continue.
We can't wait for the teaching of next step to enter the chamber for so many years like elementary school teachers. Job cannot stop ones personnel progress.
An organization cannot be a trust members can break the shares of right one through various methods who really worked . Everyone should paid for the work done.
Finally there is no three departments family head, educated earning executives, public person. Only 4 percent can shine in fine tuning that and all other collapse who am i? where I can get my respect acceptance in right time?
