Hence on validating various ladders we used to climb in the human innovation and development
it proves same ladder for all and all time is not possible it needs customization and training in self walk in all platforms.
The administration we came across is fully managerial view which gives a gratitude to citizen. It doesn't covers the overall process of a man and in his focus of customizing the administration.
So it needs overall administration theory of man's success along with society, family, organizations, government and environment. it needs a Self Administration theory covering all this.
