In moving digitally in today's administration I feel their needs few out of box thinking in the administration for the marginal success of every single person in the globe. Administration and Management thoughts we come across is like paving same path for all and it doesn't suits to all and all the time.
All the administrative thoughts in the century is about organizational goals and group success with a marginal economic benefits. Even humanistic behavior thinking is also either teaches man or organization to get success in that circle. Basic needs and self esteem makes a man to settle at least. Even an unhappy man can also share his knowledge.
To understand what actually a human need we should observe his life travel path. His success doesn't end with organization, economic settlements and his relatedness to society or relations.
