For any collectivist benefits, you should not allow anybody to crush your soul purpose. Socialism ends with paying tax and getting the needed department under tax benefits is Government's responsibility. Family is made into nuclear family and education is under government benefits. Vocational training is set free to all. Ther may be the case very rarely for legends that they cant earn through it as family or society or government control to be a mutual fund of them.
The skill should be always at the demonstration.
It is a bad idea it is enough one dresses well and others count coins. Then democracy and civilization fail. You should prove the thousand unknown methods to them to earn. Skill is different from earning or salary or employment.
