Understanding Rigg’s  Societies of Motivation Platform

1.      Fused Society (Traditional Society)

2.      Prismatic Society (Transitional Society)

3.      Differentiated Society (Modern Society)

 Riggs Sala Model

Fused Society

 Characteristics:

  •   Unified and undifferentiated – A fused society has minimal distinction between various sectors (e.g., government, religion, economy, etc.).

  • Social roles are flexible – Individuals often play multiple roles, and there is less specialization. Functionally diffused societies are  ‘fused societies’ - social functions and social structures are highly functionally diffuse, that is, there is no organized division of labour)

  • Specialization or particular-particularism

  • Low division of labour – Tasks and roles are less specialized or segmented.

  • Example: Small-scale, rural societies or pre-modern agrarian communities

  • a belief or decision that a particular quality or feature belongs to or is typical of someone or something –  Ascription –  Social partiality

  •   It is the Decision of the chamber they fix the roles. It is followed traditionally and the system is widespread.

  • There is no Self Actualization for all and most of them don’t have Accomplishment and Attainment.

  • It Is growth are falls within the grid. Closed society within many closed subsets and partiality

Prismatic Society (Transitional Society)

Characteristics:

  • Overlap of traditional and modern elements – This type of society experiences a "prism-like" structure where old and new elements coexist and often interact or conflict.

  • Ambiguity in roles and structures – The society is in a state of flux, and many institutions or social roles are in transition between traditional and modern forms.

  •  Institutional duplication – For example, there may be traditional methods of governance alongside modern bureaucratic systems.

  • Example: Post-colonial societies or developing nations in transition, such as in the early phases of industrialization or democratization

  • One can attain the basic height of growth- Attainment

  • One can choose education, roles jobs etc  - Selectivism

  • One can switch over at any time in their category, not as Chamber roles in the traditional platform – Polyfunctionalism

Differentiated Society (Modern Society)

Characteristics:

  • A clear distinction between different sectors – A differentiated society has fully modernized institutions with specialized roles and functions.

  • High division of labour – Work and responsibilities are distinct and specialized, with a focus on efficiency and expertise.

  • Structures and rationalized systems – Governance, economy, and social relations are more institutionalized and operate according to modern principles (e.g., bureaucracy, market economies).

  • Highly industrialized and urbanized nations, such as the United States, Japan, or Germany.

  • One can achieve as per capability an ability- achievement growth

  • Universal code selection no chamber control  - universalism

  • Specific growth for Specific talents- Functional Specificity

  • There is an actualisation

Riggs’s Concept Of Development

·         If you have skills and life based on them you are differentiated

·         If you lie with administrative skills structure and participation ability you are integrated

i. If you have skills you’re differentiated and climb a prismatic society

ii.    if you have an admin knowledge  system and participation ability & interest  you are integrated moves t integrated to a prismatic society

iii.      if your skills have an admin knowledge  system and participation ability & interest  penetrated then  you are integrated with all quality moves to integrated Developed society

In my view, prismatic society is nowadays partially developed with material success and mass appearance, power within the system and system widespread. For example, nowadays, few mass politicians in India are under the system.  They can create their world of illusion as developed persons by not allowing

“Specificity for all”.

Analyzed Model: Maslow Hierarchy Needs of Theory

Maslow's hierarchy needs
Maslow's hierarchy needs

1.      Physiological needs

2.      Safety needs

3.      Social needs-Psychological

4.      Esteem needs

5.      Self Actualization-

Characteristics of Self Actualization:  Creative, Morality, Spontaneity, Acceptance, Humor, Problem Solving, Task Centering, Solitude & Social Interest.

Maslow’s Methodology

By understanding and experimenting with Maslow's methodology we can put a strong foundation and infrastructure to our life and pass 60 per cent in sure. So this is the first and basic methodology which brings the key element we are struggling to understand as developing people.

Physiological Needs.

The degree of Success increases if physiological needs are fully fulfilled like food water shelter warmth rest at first

Basic needs are most probably framed under Government public administration; here warmth is the basic love of a family existing for most of all.

For example, you may have a family but nobody is satisfied that post you are the only donor here. You can add one more person in your life according to your age like a best friend, teacher, neighbour, coach etc but you may have to do roles for them like a best friend, extraordinary student, neighbor at extended help, and a good player. If you have enough maturity and age you can fall in love also.

Safety & Security needs.

Safety needs and Security give the feel of being self-protected in normal and risky conditions, like no endangered situations and extended savings plans for the future.

Organization: Safe infra structure, Behavior and saving plans

Safety and Security needs are Men and Material both we handle in day-to-day life should have safety. Responsibility for handling behaviours is based on risk management. We should have enough money to live well and secure remuneration for the time allotted. Family is the basic safety and security infrastructure in building and backing up us as a group having so many issues, problems and tragedies involved in maintaining it.

Psychological needs,

Social needs.

Acceptance, Social movement among friends, family and society

Organization: Acceptance, Friendship, Team playing among a group.

Esteem needs.

Self Respect, Self-confidence, Recognition, value and uniqueness.

Satisfaction of these needs gives you power and control. It is not obtained by compromise of needs and adaptive behaviour. The Social problem's root cause is the ban of esteem needs to one or it is obtained through disruptive and irresponsible actions.

Recognition for the role played is very important. Relatedness is the powerhouse of every man's kind. The Acceptance of Society is felt as a major success though it is not true like the tortoise won and rabbit hidden lost. The amount of Social movement is said to be the scale of Character. Sometimes it ends up like an actress opening a jewellery shop before mass. Sometimes it ends up like a sports medalist starving for food. Recognition and acceptance are not manmade artificial platforms if then it is treatment. We should have our own checklist for this. Sometimes at any cost you may locked and feel low in the share market if the play is very high, you should have strength enough to persist and bloom

Organization: Not compromising to do for what not you have given credit and mentioning it in participative management. Get proper returns.

Money is not only values we are taught to play with changes of money but not taught to get string values of “values”

Self Actualization Needs

It is the need to maximize one's potential. It is related to intrinsic capacity and extrinsic platforms.

This includes competence of internal external environmental physical social and achievement needs. A man will be restless if his potential is not exhibited fullest well in the right time and not allowed to do what he or she is fit for.

Characteristics:

·         Creative – they are unique and are of creative thoughts

·         Morality, - If  they can attain achieve they have their moral

·         Spontaneity – they will react at an immediate time

·         Acceptance- They accept for being themselves

·         Humor – they reach interpretative every tough situation with a sense of humour

·         Problem Solving, Task Centering – they focus much on the  task they work for and have problem-solving ability

·         Solitude & Social Interest.  – They like to be alone

Maslow suggests,

There is an overlapping and interdependent in between basic needs and soul needs before achieving basic needs such as daily warmth, shelter, food, wages and love in constant, a man feels to release his potential like most artists, young players etc.

All needs to be partially satisfied like continual improvement

We should have our own family, girlfriends later children while being a Sports athlete as continuous progress like when we hit two years off the pitch we should get married. We should have our job alternate plans backed by family

One needs satisfaction to be the primary motivator of others.

Like passing jee, neet for further studies..

One needs to stop, stop further.

Few feel the success of love motivates them to further their life process otherwise their world of existence stops

Self Checks for Life’s Self-Motivation

  •  Basic needs – Whether it need your contribution by your side?

  • Get rest and family warmth daily, having a family meet or colleagues meet, don’t move like office cabs.

  • Whether you need love now or lose your life moment for loss, it is your needed success at the frontier.

  • ·Have some neighbours, or be a member of your circle, don’t play as an individual player most, if not allowed highlight early, be a social animal and get Acceptance.

  • Be an authoritarian, Responsible, Powerful, Self-confident and Self-respected person by closing point 4. Don’t compromise to live alone and do something without powers. Have you responsibility power and credit from time to time.

  • Find daily, what makes you restless.  And frame steps and solutions for it with values.

  • Have some continual goals in Achieving your potential, more small pyramids in a huge pyramid of lifetime- capable of becoming you stage-wise.

  • It is Intrinsic Ability vs. Extrinsic Platform, Analyze, and Choose the Platforms as per you.
